How do I access the Oggiverse Space?
Open a new tab and type https://oggiverse.com/. If you haven’t registered, click “Register”, confirm your email, and set up your profile. If you’re already registered, enter your email address and password to log in.
Once logged in, you’ll be transported to the exciting world of Oggiverse.
I registered but can’t login.
You must have received a confirmation email after registration. Please open the email and click on the link to confirm your registration. This step ensures access to the system with a valid email address.
Once verified, follow the steps to log in.
I can’t seem to register. Nothing happens.
Please ensure that you completed all required fields in the registration. Additionally, check that your chosen password meets the criteria of 8 characters, including a mix of upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and a special character. These steps should help you successfully submit your registration.
If the issue persists, file a support ticket.
How do I get a login ID and password?
Your email address is your user ID. You can nominate a password during registration. Your password must be at least 8 characters long with 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
How do I reset my password?
From the login screen, click “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions.
Can I share my login details with my colleagues?
Sharing your Oggiverse login details is not allowed. Each user is encouraged to have their account to ensure the best experience and keep their data secured.
I’m having trouble accessing Oggiverse spaces. Can you help?
If you’re encountering an error before reaching the login, ensure you’re using the correct URL https://oggiverse/. If the issue persists, try accessing the alternate URL https://oggiverse.com/.
It may also be a browser issue. We recommend using Google Chrome and see if it opens on an incognito or private browser.
If you’re getting an error message after logging in, double-check that you’re entering the email/password combination you established during registration. Utilize the “Forgot Password” option if you need to reset and create a new password.
The platform is not loading correctly.
Here are a few tips to efficiently launch Oggiverse:
1. Close all programs that you’re not currently using.
2. Clear your browser’s cache/cookies.
3. Use a private/incognito browser.
4. It may be your internet speed.
Check your connection using https://oggiverse.com/. For the best experience, Oggiverse requires 20 MBPS. If the issue persists, reach out for support.
Why am I hearing videos that I don’t want to hear?
Tap the specific video to mute it. If the issue persists, your computer might be picking up audio from another participant. To prevent your computer’s microphone from sharing audio, mute your device’s audio or use the controls on your Action Bar.
Additionally, ensure you use headphones or earbuds to prevent background sounds from being heard by others in the Hub.
Why can’t I hear any sound from the videos?
Please check your device’s audio settings. Additionally, make sure to allow the necessary audio permissions from your browser’s settings.
Why can’t people hear me?
Please check your device’s audio settings and ensure your microphone is unmuted. Also, see if you’ve enabled the mute/microphone button in the Action Bar.

How can I start a conversation with others?
Initiate a conversation through video or text chat.
Video chat is activated upon entering the Oggiverse theater; simply approach another avatar to begin. If using video, your live image or profile picture will be displayed. Mute yourself in the Action Bar if needed.
For text chat, click the chat icon on the user’s Avatar, and a chat window will open from the right-side Action Bar. Keep it simple!
Why am I unable to start a conversation?
The other person may be offline or is not in proximity for a video chat.
How do I know if I’ve received a new message?
A symbol will appear on the chat icon to indicate that you have a new message waiting for you to read.
Who can see my messages?
Your messages are private. They are only visible to you and the people you’re chatting with.
Can I save my conversations?
For your security, the platform does not currently support the option to save or archive text conversations.
How do I create an avatar or profile photo?
Log in to your Oggiverse and go to Profile. Under Avatar, you can either upload a picture (limited to 800kbs, best with a square photo) or take a picture using your webcam.
